Windows automatically backs up every eMail to your PC. If you happen to delete an email on your computer, the backup still exists. Therefore, if your computer is suddenly and inexplicably damaged, you can easily retrieve your data from Windows. There are two ways to backup Windows to the Internet. The first way is by downloading a free application for your operating system and pressing "save". In this way, you can see the saved document in your Internet browser.
Downloading the application for your operating system does not always work as you expect. Many people download applications which are old or worse, corrupt. This means that the data can be completely corrupted if the application crashes or if it is not used for a long time. To avoid this, you can install the software first before you actually use it. Use the software to scan your computer for any of the eMail files and delete them. You will have to perform a full backup with the application. This is the second way to back up Windows.
If you do not want to install the application, then the free version of the software will suffice. You just need to copy the eMail files to the USB stick in order to have access to them in the future. You can also search the Internet for free downloads of applications. However, if the application requires any kind of licenses, the free version may not be able to transfer the eMail to your computer.
